Hi, I’m Kevin
Seeking therapy can seem like a big step.
Whether you've been struggling for years or something has changed recently, my aim is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood and supported without judgement.
My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based and collaborative approach that helps us understand the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and physical sensations. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to help you move towards meaningful change.
I have a particular interest in anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), health anxiety, stress and depression. While these are areas I work with regularly, I also support people experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties.
Above all, I believe therapy should be collaborative. You're the expert on your own life. My role is to bring curiosity and evidence-based approaches so that together we can better understand what's happening and identify meaningful ways forward.
